With the purchase and installation of new furnaces, boilers,  and air-conditioners you receive parts and labour warranties. Parts and Labour Warranties are in different forms.  Please ask our Comfort Consultants to explain to you what kind of warranty choice you can have and how they work.  In summary there a few different kinds of warranties.

1. 1	Parts Warranties:  Most manufacturers offer 10 years of parts warranty free of charge.
   2	Labour Warranties:  One year labour warranty is given by Contractor free of charge.  Longer warranties up to 10 years is available as a promotion free from Manufacturer or Contractor.  Otherwise 10 year extended labour warranty can be purchased through the contractor from Manufacturer or third party company.

   
   

   Customer Obligations:  Customers must maintain their equipment and most warranties don't compensate for defects caused by lack of maintenance.
